These students are from Ms. Keys gifted class, they attended a Recognition luncheon in Atlanta for the Stock market Game they competed in. They came in first place out of 16 teams including high school for their district.

Chief Master Sergeant Ted E. Gunner was deployed from Ms. Jill Clowery's Second Grade class at Byron Elementary School last week. He will be travelling with many different pilots to Iraq and other exciting places. Ms. Clowery's class will be following his excursions via pilots that Chief Gunner travels with. Special thanks go to Nicholas Reagan and his father, Jarrett Ragean for getting this class project up and running. Also, Ms. Clowery's students would like to thank Major Smith for coming to speak to their class about Ted's travel plan. Chief Gunner will return home sometime in March. We look forward to his safe return! 10-1-08
