The effects of Hurricane Helene have been felt near and far and Byron Elementary was not spared. Our faculty and staff came together yesterday to help one of our very own journey to her hometown of Swainsboro with a carload of love.

BES will have a Good Behavior Reward Day on May 20th, 2024. We will have blowup slides and popsicles for the students.

BES it's book fair time!! May 6-10th, 2024. You can either send money with your student or come to the school and shop with your student!

2nd Grade Presents "We Rock" a night of Rock and Roll. April 10th 5:30pm. Students must arrive at the school by 5:15 dressed and ready to perform! Blue jeans and favorite Rock N Roll t-shirt, or a black, white, red or yellow shirt.

Byron Elementary will be closed for Spring Break April 1st-5th, 2024

Byron Elementary will be having our 2nd annual Art Day on March 29th. The students will enjoy all forms of art on this day!!

Life Touch will be here on March 26th. Class pictures will be taken on this day! If you pre order individual pictures those will be taken on this day as well!

PTO meeting will be @5 p.m. on 3/14/24, following the meeting we will have Math Night @ 5:30 p.m. Come to school and learn Math strategies from our teachers that you can use at home. While you are learning you will be able to enjoy your favorite slice of PIE!!
