BES is having a Boston Butt fundraiser to help support our 5th grade students that will be going to Washington DC in February. The cost is $45 per butt and it will be smoked, packaged, & ready for pick up 01/12/24 from 8-12 at the BES bus ramp. Payment is due to Byron Elementary School by December 18th.

Byron Elementary School is excited to announce that the 4th-grade students will be performing The Nutcracker Musical at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday December 14th!

Stevi B's Night for Byron Elementary School is happening this evening Dec. 4th! Parents come on out to Stevi B's, this is a great way to support your child's school while feeding your family at the same time!!

Santa Claus is coming to town December 1st! Get your 5x7 picture with Santa for only $5. Money is due Wednesday Nov. 29th.

PTO Meeting is tonight at 5pm!

Calling all BES families! We will be having "Family Movie Night" at BES Thursday 16th at 6pm!

National School Psychology Week: Nov. 13-17th Thank you to Leslie Allen, Madyson Bradshaw, and Stephani Adams for all you do!

Veteran's Day program is this morning at 9am

Our very own BES Chorus will be performing the Star Spangled Banner this Friday, October 27th, 2023 at the Peach County High School football game! Please go out and support the Trojans AND our BES Chorus this Friday!

Calling all students and parents!! We invite everyone to come out tonight for our Trunk or Treat event here at Byron Elementary. It's going to take place October 26th 5-7pm in between the Elementary and Middle School.

Literacy day Parade is October 26th at 9:30am!! All parents/guardians are welcome to come and cheer our students on as they participate in the parade!

The Book Fair is here! Students and parents are welcome to come and shop Wednesday- Friday! We have a lot of new books and we are sure that your child will enjoy reading them!

Red Ribbon Week is off to a great start!! Tomorrow is Neon Day " Too Bright for Drugs" We encourage all students and staff to come dressed in your neon colors.

​You are invited to experience Fall Fun at Byron Elementary! Come join us for Literacy Day (with PARADE), Book Fair, Fall Picnic, and Trunk or Treat! The Book Fair will run October 23rd through the 27th. The parade and picnic, trunk or treat, and family day at the book fair will all take place on the 26th (Thursday). We can't wait to see you there!

BES Teachers are hard at work improving teaching strategies and school environment for our kiddos!

Coach Jones, with the Rolling Trojans, dropped in on Byron Elementary to show our kiddos the wonders of wheelchair sports. Coach Jones has been involved in wheelchair sports for many years and even coached our very own Coach Johnson! Check out the photos to see Coach Johnson showing our Eagles how it's done.
